I have been coached by Johnathan for over 2 year now. It can be a bit daunting starting a relationship with a coach  and a new fitness regime but he quickly put me at ease.

I've enjoyed all of my sessions and working towards my goals, he has a great sense of humour and knows how to push you to your full potential. I would whole heartedly recommend Johnathan regardless of where you are at with your fitness to help you smash your goals!

Training with Johnathan has been awesome! Johnathan’s sessions are always fun and motivating, using a mixture of different equipment and exercises.

I have always be so sick of being so tired and unfit, so finally I decided to go to Johnathan, I have always had an excuse for not exercising, due to my work and lifestyles but I would totally recommend Johnathan, I can actually see results each week by week. HEALTH

Your health is important, and it's something you can control. Daily exercise can boost your energy, increase immune function, help reduce both anxiety and stress while also lowering the chance of developing serious health conditions.

Exercising can help in so many ways physically, but studies have shown its impact in reducing anxiety and depression. Keeping consistent in physical movement might help to clear the mind and assist in staying focused throughout your day-to-day life.

Nutrition

The benefits of having a balanced diet can decrease stress, shrink your waistline and helps limit the possibility of serious disease.

 

You should aim to enjoy a range of meals and to start to enjoy not worrying over whether you should have that sweet cake or an apple.

 

Learning about nutrition should be a positive change towards a healthier lifestyle overall. 

HAPPINESS

The best thing about exercise is that you will feel better about yourself and have a sense of accomplishment. Have faith that exercise will spark joy and improve your confidence and self-esteem.

STRENGTH

Physical movement can help reduce body fat, increase flexibility, coordination, and stimulates muscle growth. #goals 

REST

Sleep is your absolute best friend.

 

Not only does sleep help your mind to rest but it will do wonders for muscle recovery, healing, and boost your overall health and well-being. Aim for 7-8 Hours for maximum rest each night.
