THIS IS HOW
WE MADE IT
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a chore. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the fun side of fitness - and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness far outweigh the challenge.

Coach Johnathan personal Story
Born and raised in Brisbane, the middle child of three, and some might say the “favourite” or “mamma’s boy". Early in my fitness journey my hobby was dance; it was a great way to connect with people and music. I became a dance teacher and no words can express the joy of seeing your dance students achieve their goals.
Six years ago I moved to Melbourne. I started working in hospitality and didn’t have the best eating habits. I was contemplating making changes, I just didn’t know how to do it.
I remember the first time I walked into the gym. I was so nervous, didn’t know how to use the machines, or lift weights with the correct technique. I would always look around and hope no one was looking at me. I did some push ups and walked on the treadmill and left with my head hung low. I almost gave up.
I started with a personal trainer, who valued personal growth and taught me to focus on my goals, myself and refined my technique. I was inspired to keep going and from that day on, I fell in love with health, fitness and improving my wellbeing. After a year at the gym I enrolled into personal training. I was thriving on learning the mechanics of the body, nutrition and creating programs to cater for individuals and their specific needs.

Post-graduation, I needed to make sure I was practicing what I was preaching.
I started to solidify my mental, physical and nutritional goals around my day to day life of working full time.
I ensured I was held accountable for these goals. And yeah, there were struggles but there were also moments I felt really proud of myself. Once I found that consistency and what worked for me, it set me up to succeed and continuously challenge myself. I tend to focus on a balanced diet and I've learned to treat myself and indulge when I’ve earned it. Shhhh, between us, I do have a weakness for doughnuts...
Over the years, I have been consolidating what it means to be coach. I see myself stepping up for my clients and being that mentor through the ups and downs of life. I'm here to help my clients find that consistency and to help them achieve our goals. I am motivated to challenge my client’s and push them to their individual limits.

I have coached many guys who came feeling tired of the way they look, they were looking for to loss weight or gain muscle, and we start always with the nutrition part, getting to know yourself in the kitchen (or just ordering the right premeal that helps achieving the goal) then getting to know you at the gym, the machines and the different dumbbells, as always being coach online doesnt represent a impediment to double check the form in each exercises, in the end, the right motivation and support always paid off, so this is the moment, if you are here, it means is the moment for you to take action and start changing what you dont like about your life, and the first step is always changing your old habits
